1. What is your turn around time?
   Turn around time varies based on number of songs, current schedule and requirements of your job.
   
2. What format should I send my audio in?
   If not using Pro Tools, the format of the songs should be sent in Wav or Aiff
   
3. What quality does my audio have to be in?
   ·Audio file type can be either: ·Aiff ·Wav ·SD II
   · Sample rate should be 44.1khz
   · Bit rate should be 24bit
   
4. How should I prepare my audio before sending it?
   Please See “Audio Requirements”
   
5. What file formats do you accept?
   Pro Tools, Nuendo, Logic Audio, Cubase, Sonar, Cool Edit.
   All final audio must be converted to a Pro Tools session. If your software does not support exporting to the Pro Tools format. You will have to export all audio line per line, instrument per instrument, or layer per layer all with the same start and end points to 44.1khz 24bit Wav or Aiff files.
   
6. What is the best format to send audio in?
    ·Aiff  or  Wav
   
7. What software program, do you prefer?
    Pro Tools
   
8. What format will I receive my finished mix in?
   First you will receive a 320kbps mp3 file for review.
   The Final Format is Wav
   
9. What sound quality will my final mix be in?
   Current standard CD audio format which is 44.1khz 16bit
   
10. How do I get started with my order?
