  1. What is your turn around time?
    Turn around time varies based on number of songs, current schedule and requirements of your job.
     
  2. How do you receive song files?
    There is a new website called www.dropbox.com that is very easy to use and affordable.

  3. What format should I send my audio in?
    If not using Pro Tools, the format of the songs should be sent in individual Wav or Aiff files.

  4. What quality does my audio have to be in?
    Audio file type can be either: Aiff Wav SD II
    Sample rate should be 44.1khz
    Bit rate should be 24bit
  5. How should I prepare my audio before sending it?
    Please See “Audio Requirements”
     
  6. What file formats do you accept?
    Pro Tools, Nuendo, Logic Audio, Cubase, Sonar, Cool Edit, etc..
    You will have to export all audio line per line, instrument by instrument, or layer by layer with the same start and end points. These files should be  44.1khz 24bit Wav or Aiff files.
  7. What is the best format to send audio in?
     Aiff  or  Wav

  8. What software program, do you prefer?
     Pro Tools or Logic.  If you do not have either,  individual audio file as described above at # 5 will be fine.

  9. What format will I receive my finished mix in?
    First you will receive a 320kbps mp3 file for review.
    The Final Format is Wav

  10. What sound quality will my final mix be in?
    Current standard CD audio format which is 44.1khz 16bit.  For mastering an audio format of 44.1khz 24bit Aiff will be avaliable.
  11. How do I get started with my order?
    Fill out the "Mix By Mail" Quote Form.
